On 11th January 2025, the 27th day of Dhanurmasam, a 100 Thada Utsavam was celebrated at Chennai Andavan Ashramam in the presence of HH Srimad Andavan Srivaraha Mahadesikan to mark the day that Andal broke her fast.
100 silver bowls of Akkarasvadisal were offered to Sri Rukmin-Satyabhama-Sametha-Sri-Venugopalaswamy, the presiding Perumals of the Ashramam, as is the Srivaishnavite tradition.
Many sishyas and abhimanis attended the event to participate in the divine kainkaryams to receive the grace of Achaeryan and Padukais.
Several local branches of the Andavan Ashramam such as Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Vrindavan also conducted their own local 100 Thada Utsavams with the anugrahams of HH Srimad Andavan.
